Pay Overdue Parking Tickets and Toll Violations

In San Diego, registering your car is not a one-time deal. By law, you must renew your car registration each year with the DMV.

While the DMV sends renewal notices by email and physical mail, there’s still plenty you need to do and keep in mind to renew your car registration, and Payless Registration can help you with that.

Overdue Parking Tickets and Toll Violations.

Nothing will slow down your car registration renewal process as much as having overdue parking tickets or toll violations, so you’ll want to make sure you’ve paid everything before attempting to register your car.

If you’re not sure if you have outstanding violations in need of payment, don’t worry, Payless Registration can help you with that.

Our DMV certified experts can help you trace and locate any overdue parking tickets or toll violations, after which you’ll be able to pay them on the spot; No visits to the DMV, no long lines, no crowds.

Just let us do the work for you and make your payments as painless as possible.

You don’t even need to start the renewal process to access this service. Just give us and let us help you clear your record.

Renewal Options and Process.

There are three kinds of renewal process available in the San Diego area: In-Person, By Phone, and By mail. However, not everyone qualifies for all three options.

Every year, your local DMV office will send a renewal notice, which will let you know what option you qualify for. Make sure to read the notification carefully to find out what option applies to you.

In-Person:

  1. Make an appointment and go to the local DMV office with all the information required.
  2. If your paperwork is in order and you don’t have any debts, you should be able to walk out of the DMV with your new stickers and registration.

By Phone:

  1. Collect the information required and call the number listed on the renewal notice.
  2. Follow their instructions.
  3. Make sure you’ve paid all outstanding fees and tickets before you make your call, or else the process will have to start from scratch.
  4. You will also need to do a smog check directly with the DMV beforehand.
  5. You should receive your new registration within 15 days.

By Mail

  1. Pay your overdue fees and get a smog certificate beforehand.
  2. Send proof of insurance to your local DMV.
  3. Mail your information, a check to the DMV, and your certificates to the address attached to your renewal notice.
  4. You should receive your registration and tickets within 15 days after your documentation has been received.

Alternatively, you might be able to renew your car registration through the DMV website, though not everyone is eligible for this.
